Clear arrival and dismissal routines help keep every student safe and allow the school day to run smoothly.
Full school days
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday are full school days.
- Kindergarten pick-up begins at 4:00 p.m.
- Primary School pick-up begins at 5:00 p.m.
- The school gate closes at 5:45 p.m.
Wednesday schedule
Classes end at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesdays. Students receive a small snack before leaving and eat lunch at home.
If you expect to be late or cannot collect your child at 1:00 p.m., inform the class teacher in advance so safe supervision can be arranged.
Who may collect a child
A student may leave only with a parent, a duly appointed legal guardian, or a person already registered as an authorized or emergency contact.
If another person will collect your child, notify the school in advance and provide that person’s identity.
Parking and traffic flow
During drop-off and pick-up, use the designated area only as long as needed for children to enter or leave the vehicle. Short stops reduce congestion and make the area safer for everyone.
Timely pick-up and advance communication protect children and support the school team.
