What You Missed: Parents’ Meeting Highlights

During the week of September 29 to October 3, 2025, we successfully hosted a series of four Parents’ Meetings. The primary goal of these sessions was to strengthen communication between our school and families, providing essential updates on recent developments and, crucially, gathering feedback to continually enhance the student learning experience.

We took this opportunity to reaffirm our unwavering commitment to our mission: “to provide a high-quality, internationally recognized curriculum that fosters intellectual growth, cultural awareness, and personal development.”

School Profile, Growth, and Curriculum

Our discussions began with a detailed overview of the school’s profile. We highlighted our growth trajectory over the years, the unique nature of our curriculum (which holds recognition and accreditation from various educational bodies), our extensive extracurricular activities, and the successful implementation of the Cambridge Early Years program.

Infrastructure and Safety Enhancements

We also provided an update on the ongoing improvements to our infrastructure and safety measures:

  • New Classrooms and Facilities: We have added two new classrooms and increased the number of toilet facilities to cater to our growing student body and faculty.
  • Enhanced Safety: We’ve installed more surveillance cameras and reinforced our gates and fencing as part of our comprehensive new safety protocols.

Transparency in Staff Hiring

To demonstrate transparency and fairness, we shared details about the hiring process for both national and international staff. We also shared various current vacancies. This was specifically done to encourage questions and ensure parents understood the rigor and integrity behind our staffing decisions.

Education Programs and Student Welfare

A significant portion of the meetings focused on our education programs and student welfare policies. We emphasized that learning encompasses more than just academic curriculum; it includes language, cognitive, motor, and social skill development. We reviewed the daily routines at each level and reminded parents about specific daily requirements.

Future Plans for Growth and Innovation

Finally, we outlined our future plans concerning growth, infrastructure, and various initiatives we intend to undertake in the coming years. This discussion was key to illustrating our intent as an innovative educator—to continuously grow and expand our nurturing, safe environment to benefit more children.

A Fruitful and Productive Forum

These parents’ meetings are designed to be more than just informative sessions; they are an open forum for discussions, ideas, and questions. We believe the meetings were exceptionally fruitful and productive, offering parents a deeper understanding of the school’s day-to-day activities, demonstrating our continuous improvements and growth, and highlighting how our unique offerings directly benefit their children.
