Two Wings International School (TWIS) joined the entire
\nworld in commemorating World Environment Day on June 5, 2025. Our teachers and
\nlearners took time to play their part in protecting the environment by learning
\nenvironmentally safe practices, planting trees, and advocating for the natural
\nenvironment.<\/p>\n
As an innovative education provider, we take
\nenvironmentalism as a part of the foundational development of our learners. We
\nknow the impact of climate change and ensure that our learners know that
\nprotecting the environment is not just a good thing for today but the best way
\nto preserve their future.<\/p>\n
Using art, music, and literacy, we had students create their
\nown educational material about environmentally safe practices, how to combat
\nclimate change, and even participated in a tree-planting exercise. Our
\nphilosophy is that primary school is the foundation of human development; from
\nan early age, children must understand the world around them to grow into
\nupstanding members of society. Activities like World Environment Day allow
\nchildren to gain more knowledge, participate in real-life issues, and advocate
\nfor a better planet.<\/p>\n
We would like to thank everyone who participated and cheered
\non our learners as they took the lead in advocating for environmental
